Yes. TechGuard solar IP cameras run off-grid with a solar panel and battery backup, plus dual connectivity (4G SIM and Wi-Fi). They keep watching when the grid — and often the fibre — goes down.

Field teams cover Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Kano and Anambra. Outside those cities we can still arrange remote delivery and phone-guided setup for most products.

Every product runs through the TechGuard mobile app for iOS and Android — one login for cameras, locks, lights and trackers. Live view, alerts, arm/disarm and device status sit in the same control plane.

WhatsApp is the fastest path. Share your location and what you are protecting (home, shop, fleet or estate) and we recommend a configuration. Most inquiries are answered the same day during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 WAT).

Yes. TechGuard is the smart hardware brand of GSS Security. Installs are done by local engineers, and support is a human on WhatsApp — not a ticket queue. You are buying into an operational backbone, not just a device.

Yes. The Solar IP Camera supports a 4G LTE SIM as the primary or fallback link, so construction sites, compounds and warehouses without stable fibre still stay online.

The Pro lock is 5-in-1: fingerprint, PIN, RFID card, mobile app and a physical key backup. The Lite variant is fingerprint, PIN and key. Temporary PINs are available for guests and short-let tenants.

The Pro tracker includes remote engine immobilisation, geofence alerts, trip history and an optional SOS button. The Standard tracker is GPS + GSM, hard-wired, without cut-off. Installation is done by our team.

Hardware warranty terms are in our Terms of Service. Solar security lights are specified with a 2-year warranty. Ask on WhatsApp for the current warranty on the exact camera, lock, tracker or dash-cam variant you want.
